Pliops is a startup with an audacious vision: to tackle the data explosion on behalf of individual companies and the world at large. We were founded in 2017 by data architecture experts who devised an ingenious solution to the problems that arise when massive data growth collides with the shortcomings of existing compute and storage systems.

Prior to co-founding Pliops, Uri headed Samsung’s SSD Controller Development Center in Israel
where he led the development of advanced NAND storage technologies, holds MSEE, BSEE degrees from Tel Aviv University, Summa Cum Laude and served in the Unit 8200 Intelligence Division of the Israel Defense Corps.

Moshe is an expert in advanced data management and coding algorithms. Prior to co-founding
Pliops, Moshe served as CTO of Samsung’s SSD Controller Development Center in Israel, holds MSEE, BSEE degrees from Technion University, Summa Cum Laude and served in the Unit 8200 Intelligence Division of the Israel Defense Corps.

Steve Fingerhut

Steve has built multiple new technology businesses to over a billion in annual revenue. His
experience includes SVP/GM Toshiba Memory America’s SSD Business Unit, VP Marketing SanDisk’s Enterprise SSD division, Co-founder and VP Marketing LSI’s Accelerated Solutions Division, and multiple roles across sales, marketing and strategic planning at Intel. Holds an MBA degree from Yale University.
