About The Position

  • Oversee office operations including supplies and deliveries
  • Responsible for maintenance and presentation of the office environment
  • Travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Prepare on-going reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Calendar management - manage day-to-day complex schedules. Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, off- site meetings, one-on-one meetings, etc.
  • Manage planning and logistics associated with meetings and conference rooms
  • Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Assist various teams with different administrative tasks and projects
  • Assisting with accounting related matters


  • 2+ years proven work experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Officer, or similar role, preferably with a rapidly growing company
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English-MUST
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to function in a demanding, fast-paced environment and to handle multiple tasks in a calm, organised manner
  • Flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to details, organization and process
  • "Can do" attitude
  • Team player
